From Sketch to Print

Over the last twelve months I have been collaborating with a local artist Jayne Soakell on a long term project called The Art of Staring Out to Sea. The loose aim is to create a dialogue between participating artists concerning our creative practice using the Dorset coastline as a starting point. Where the land meets the sea. Where we draw the line.

As part of the wider narrative process we are about to roll our a series of two day printmaking workshops for beginners.

The first of these will be at Stanpit, on the periphery of Christchurch Harbour in Dorset. the dates are 16th and 17th September 2017 and the workshop is aimed at beginners and those with a little drawing experience who may be new to printmaking.
